Lets start by opening a new image 500 x 500 pixels, raster background, transparent, 16 million colors Flood fill white, add a new layer, flood fill Black go to layers load mask (that i included) and load it to the layer. (NOTE if its white;undo and invert transparency on the mask) Merge down. Next always add a new layer for all images--it makes it easier to move them around! Use the magic wand to select the top frame and paste on a new layer-into the selection- the image of the Brew. Use the magic wand to select the bottom frame and paste on a new layer-into selection-image of the head stone So add a new layer and grab tube of choice, Arrange it so that the frames can be seen. I used the cat layer seperate, and adjusted the size to fit better. ******My Image is included for those that do not have gradient glow***** Next i typed happy halloween (no certain font) your choice Then go to-effects-Alien eye candy 5-impact-gradient glow Settings as:  Add your license information;name;anything else you can think of!! Now open the bling image in animation shop, delete the solid frame Go back to PSP and copy merged--take it to animation shop and paste, right click paste after current frame, do this again, now you should have 3 frames of your tag. Now go to edit-propagate paste Click on the spider bling and select all-(Make sure frames are all highlighted)copy Go to your tag and select all frames Now go to edit-paste-into selected frame, arrange it at the bottom frame. Hit the view animation to make sure its the way you want and save! and we are done! I would like to start a display of those that use my tuts!
