Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Sparkle" by Keith Garvey find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Stars N Stipes" by Baby V Designs purchase it Paradise 4 Scrappers
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Strip 3, 2, 1 -- #4b5a9f
Back Rectangle -- Paper 13
Front Rectangle -- #b1343a (red)
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Stars string 2
Stars 1, 2, 3
Flower 2
Bow 2
Use a head shot on the front rectangle -- dupicate - mirror
Set opacity to your own desire
Create a vector circle and close out the layer
Use the font tool to create on the circle Happy 4th alternating red and blue, once done convert to raster
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Copy merged and paste into animation shop
Choose the word layer and using the deform tool give it a slight rotate right
Copy merged and paste into animation shop
Repeat if neccessary - Once happy save it and thats it!
