Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Cowgirl 4" girl 2 layer by Jose Cano find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "American Pride " by Mone'ica Slane purchase it Country Style Designs
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Star Cluster -- #730e16
Rect 1 -- Paper 1 on frame - #2a4058 for bg
Rect 2 -- Paper 1 on frame - #2a4058 for bg
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Roses 1, 2, 3 Lay them out as shown above - dupicate the blue rose and mirror image
Pear heart 1 - duplicate and arrange in frame
Buckle 6
Buckle 4
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done!
