Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "American Beauty" by Elias Chatzoudis find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "American Pride" by Designs by Ali purchase it Stargazer scraps
Tag Template:
#6 from Lacarolitas Designz find it here
Other:
Animation shop
Bling - provided grab it here
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Raster 1 -- #001e72
Raster 2 -- Paper 5
Raster 3 -- Paper 2
Raster 4-- #8c0004
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Star mess 3 -- Arrange 4 copies around outside of tag
Wordart 1 -- Choose the second set
Flowers 1,2,3 -- Arrange behind Raster 3
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Close off tube and Wordart layers
Copy merged and paste in animation shop - make 4 frames
Open bling
Select all bling frames
copy
Select all frames in tag
Make sure you are seeing the first frame
Go to edit - propagate paste - edit -- paste into selected frame
Do it three times
Arranging inside the frames
Go back to PSP and closeoff all layers of tag - open only tube and wordart
Copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop
copy again
Select all frames in tag
Make sure you are seeing the first frame
Go to edit - propagate paste - edit -- paste into selected frame
Once happy - save it and thats it!
