Tube of Choice:
I chose "Easter Candy" by I Rac find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Hoppy Easter " by Swheat Creations purchase it Paradise 4 scrappers
Tag Template:
Template 4 from set 1 by me --find it here
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Blot 1-- #fef5f6
Blot 2 -- #a0d7a0
Blot 3 -- #de5c82
Blot 4 -- 6bb06d
large oval bg -- Bkg 7
large oval inner -- #fcbbbf
small oval bg -- Bkg 7
small oval inner -- #fcbbbf
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Egg 3 - 5- 8
Choco Rabbit
Wordart 3
Flower bow 4
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Merge ONLY all blot layers together
Select the blots layers and add noise -- gaussian - 38% - monochrome
Copy merged -- paste into animation shop as a new animation
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- redo with same settings
Copy merged -- paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- redo with same settings
Copy merged -- paste into animation shop after current frame
Save it and thats it!
