Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Dark Angel" by Elias Chatodouiz find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Spooky Time " by This n that by Tammy find it Scraps with attitude
Tag Template:
#91 from Halloween collection byToxic Desirez
Other:
Animation shop to animate
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Rectangle -- Black
Wordart -- Make normal on layer palette
Also move to the top of tag and drop shadow #0ee907
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**

Charm 4
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info / Name etc
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Select the layer with the charm
copy and paste as a new image
expand canvas to 500 x 500
Now go to image rotate - free rotate - right - 30.00
Copy and paste as a new layer on tag, make sure you line up the top of the chains
Now select the layer with the straight charm, duplicate and move it above the rotated one
Go back to the single charm and undo the right rotation and now rotate left 30.00
Copy and paste as a new layer on tag, make sure you line up the top of the chains
Close off the left, straight, right charm, leaving the original showing
Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation
Back to PSP
Close off current charm and open the rotated right charm
Choose the rectangle and set opacity at 64%
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP
Close off current charm and open the straight charm
Choose the rectangle and set opacity at 100%
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP
Close off current charm and open the rotated left charm
Choose the rectangle and set opacity at 64%
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Select all frames and set speed to 45 sec frames
Once happy with it - save it!
