Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:

Scrap Kit:
I chose "Blue line " by Fantasy Moments grab it Here
Tag Template:
#29 from Lacarolitas
Other:
Animation shop to animate
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Bg -- Closeout
Make a new layer fill white
Raster 1 -- #c9defe
Raster 2, 3, 4 -- Paper 9
Raster 5 -- Paper 21
Raster 6 -- Paper 1
Raster 8 -- #4162af
Raster 9 -- #002e98
Raster 10 -- #9cb6f3
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Element 7 (heart) Fill with white on the inside
15 (Bow)
35 (flower)
37 (flower)
Add on tubes of choice
Add word "Beauty in Blue"
Add all copywrite info / Name etc
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Use a head shot to paste into the heart
Copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back in PSP - Grab the heart layer copy and paste it as a new image
Using the raster deform tool give it a rotate to the left slightly
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag and line it up with the original
Once happy with placement - close off the original
Copy merged and paste after current frame animation shop
Back in PSP - Close off that layer and show the original heart
Copy merged and paste after current frame animation shop
Back in PSP - Choose the new image heart (not on tag) - undo that rotation
Using the raster deform tool give it a rotate to the right slightly
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag and line it up with the original
Copy merged and paste after current frame animation shop
Choose all frames and set properties at 25 sec per frame
Once happy save it!
