Tube of Choice:

Scrap Kit:
I chose "Cheerful" by Fantasy Moments grab it Here
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Base 1 -- Paper 3
Frames 1 -2 -3 -- Rect base 1 -- Paper 23
Base 2 -- Paper 17
Base 3 -- Paper 4
Rect frame 1 and Rect abse 2 -- Paper 8
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
elements 52 and 53 (flowers) duplicate and arrange inside frames
elements 33 and 34 (bugs)
element 59 (bow)
element 9 (star dangle)
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info / Name etc
Save it and we are all done!
