Scrap Kit:
I chose "Frooty Tooty" by Twinky find it here Twinky Dezines
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Add a new layer and fill white to make a background
Fill layers as followed:
Gray bars--(starting at top) 1st and 5th - #f3b2d4
2nd and 6th- #bbd7ed
3rd - #d0d644
4th - #feedf7
Rectangle 2 - Rectangle 1 -- NO CHANGE
Wordart-- I and crazy -#dod644
' and you- #f3b2d4
m and you - #bbd7ed
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
heart 1 and heart 2 - Just the outside gray # 90e1f1
Make a new layer fill with paper 7 and load mask that is included
Set opacity at 60%
Add doodle on bottom and rotate slightly--copy and paste as a new layer--mirror
Add on paper flower 1 middle
Paper flowers 2 and 3 inside the hearts
Rotate untitled 3 90* then copy and paste as a new layer
Adding tubes of choice on a new layer
Grab one and arrange onto canvas as you want to be seen in frame
Grab the rectangle selection tool and outline the black frame cutting off the tube "extra"
Copy -- then cut the layer -- Now paste as a new layer and fit into the rectangle
Do this for all 3 of your images
Add in the backs that I included behind all your frame areas
Add name and Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done! Or go on for animation
Choose the wordart layer and apply constallation as followed
Choose name layer apply same
Choose tag back layer apply same
Copy merged--paste into animation shop--Back to PSP
Undo constallation on all and re-add clicking random on all
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame--Back to PSP
Undo constallation on all and re-add clicking random on all
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame--Back to PSP
Undo constallation on all and re-add clicking random on all
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame
Once you are happy with it,Save it and we are all done!
