Twilight Templates 3 you can get that here at Essence of Creativity

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Large Rectangle -- Paper 1
Circle 2 -- Paper 6
Circle 1 -- Paper 6
Rectangle 1 -- Paper 5
Slats -- #750004
Frame -- #750004
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**

Use the eraser tool to cut off the lock section for the effect of around the frame
Add name
Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done!
