Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Fiona" by Elias Chatzoudis find it here at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Racing Fever " by Mone'ica Slane purchase it Here
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Rectangle 1 -- Paper 8
Rectangle 2 -- Paper 8
Rectangle 3 -- Paper 8
Rectangle 4 -- Paper 8
Rectangle6 -- Paper 8
Circle 2 -- Paper 1
Circle 1 -- #f6aebd
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**

Bow 2
Finish line use wand on circle 2--Add a new layer--paste into selection
Place track down and use the rectangle selection tool on the track layer around the inside of the rectangles and delete
Place car 3 into circle
Add "lets go racing boys" with font of choice/color of choice
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done!
