Scrap Kit:
I chose "Feeling Blue " by Frosted Illusions find it atAussie Scraps
Tag Template:
#14 from Designs by Ali find it here
Other (Optional for animation):
Animation shop
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill a new layer white for background
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
doodles -- #5c83af
Temp 3 -- Paper 4
Temp 2 -- Paper 12
Temp 1 -- Paper 4
Back frames -- #5c83af
Outter frames -- Paper 12
staples -- CLOSE OFF
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Ribbon 1 on top and bottom
Sachet 2
butterfly 2 in left frame -- copy and paste -- mirror for the right frame
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Use black in foreground and #a94577 for background
Type on tag with font of choice "Blue oh, so lonsome for you"
Add name
Save it and we are all done! or go on for animation
Select your doodle layer -- butterflys -- wordart
Go to Adjust - Add noise - 63% gaussion - monochrome
Copy Merged paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Save it and thats it!!
