Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:

Scrap Kit:
I chose "Girls nite out " by K-n-C scraps find it Scraps with attitude
Tag Template:
#94 from Divine intentionz find it here
Other:
Animation shop to animate
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Rectangle -- Paper 9
Thin Rect 2 -- #be99c9
Rect 2 -- #6a4e77
Circle -- #000000
Then rect -- #7d678d
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Shoe 4 and 5
lipstick 2
Clock - NO drop shadow
City skyline - resize around 516 x 399 - NO drop shadow
go to selections - select all - float - modify - expand 5 - Make a new layer fill gray
Place this layer behind your skyline
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info / Name etc
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Select the layer with the skyline
Apply constillation as shown
Select the clock layer
Apply constillation as shown
Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation
***NOTE***
YOU WILL HAVE TO SET THE CONSTILLATION AS ABOVE EACH TIME
Back to PSP -- undo constillation on both
Re-apply hitting random on both
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation on both
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation both
Re-apply hitting random on both
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Once happy with it - save it!
