I chose "Sooo refresh " by So tempting scraps purchase it Paradise 4 scrappers
Tag Template:

Wordart:
By Cupcake sprinkles and Can be found here
Other:
Animation shop for animating
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Rectangle 1 -- Paper 5
Rectangle 2 -- Paper 5
Rectangle 3 -- #ffffff
Thin rectangle 1 -- Paper 6
Thin rectangle 2 -- Paper 6
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Add the button frame around the large rectangle
Bow 2
Clear flowers 2 and 4
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add wordart - drop shadow #b1def1 - then again with #e493a4
Add name
Save it and we are all done! Or go on for animation
Copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back to PSP
Choose the Rectangle 3 layer and fill with #b1def1
Copy merged and paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Choose Rectangle 3 layer again and fill #e493a4
Copy merged and paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Choose Rectangle 3 layer again and fill #413f3e
Copy merged and paste after current frame
Set speed to around 40 and thats it!
