Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:

Scrap Kit:
I chose "Summer Sherbert " by Mone'ica Slane purchase it Here
Tag Template:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Layer 1 -- Paper 2
Layer 2 -- Paper 11
Frame -- #9af625
Layer 3 -- Paper 10
Layer 4 -- Paper 10
Layer 5 -- Paper 7
Layer 6 -- Paper 2
Circle -- #9af625
Layer 7 -- CLOSE OUT
Use a head shot into the main circle and lighten to 40% opacity
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Flowers 1 and 2 and 4
Dragonfly 2
Add "Make a splash" with font of choice/color of choice into the circle
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done!
