Scrap Kit:
I chose "Dark strawberry delight " by Ivory purchase it Scrap Heaven Boutique
Tag Template:

Other:
Mask get it here here
Animation shop to animate (OPTIONAL)
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Circle -- Paper 2
Wordart temp #e4acbd
Wordart -- #e4acbd
Frame -- Paper 10
Create a new layer fill Paper 10 place above bg and load mask that was included
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Flowers 1 and 3
Bow 2
Beadwire 3
Add on tubes of choice
Add closeup onto a new layer on frame bg - set opacity at 48%
Add all copywrite info / Name etc
Save it and we are all done! Go on to animate
Select the layer with Paper 10 / Mask layer
Apply constillation as shown
Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Re-apply hitting random
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Re-apply hitting random
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Once happy with it - save it!
