Supplies needed:
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Twilight " by Scraps WIth Attitude by Missy purchase it Scraps with attitude
Tag Template:
Twilight Templates 1 you can get that here at Essence of Creativity
Other:

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Note if layer is not listed no change is needed
Square -- #870d0c / image to do later if animating
Rectangles -- Paper 17
Obsessed -- #000000
Dots -- CLOSEOUT
Twilight -- #000000
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Heart Brad 4
Winged Button 3
Heart dangly
Black rose
Red rose
Add name
Add Wordart
Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done! Go on for animation
Place both images into the square on seperate layers
Make the top image 100% opacity - Lower 0
Copy merged paste into animation shop
Back to PSP
Lower Top to 75% opacity - Lower image to 25% opacity
Copy merged paste into animation shop
Back to PSP
Top image move to 50% opacity - Lower image to 50%
Copy merged paste into animation shop
Back to PSP
Top image to 25% - Lower to 74%
Copy merged paste into animation shop
Back to PSP
Top to 0% - Lower to 100%
Copy merged paste into animation shop
Once happy with how it looks, select all and paste as a new animation
Now reverse the frames and select all- copy-
Choose the last frame of the original animation and paste after current frame
Save it and thats it!
