Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Lets Rock" by Elias Chatzoudis found at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Punk Princess" purchased at Baby cakes scraps
Tag Template:
Tag template 32 by denzdesignz found here
other:
Animation shop
Flair can be found HERE
***Always place items on new layer***
Open the tag template
Copy and close main
Fill in doodle thing layer #59183a
Fill circle frame #202020
Fill circle frame back #ba3d5f
Fill frames back #863a68
Open scrap kit
Arrange glitter skull, button threeA, Rock star, flower and flower 2 as above
Add your tube
Add all copywrite info, name etc.
Add a new raster layer
Load the star flair in your tubes folder
Add flairs around the circle frame on the new raster layer you made
Copy merged--Paste into animation shop as a new animation
Back in PSP delete the flairs layer
Fill circle frame back #863968
Add a new raster layer and add flairs around the frame again, diffrent from first time
Copy merged--paste after current frame in animation shop
Back in PSP delete the flairs layer
Fill circle frame back #1f1f20
Add a new raster layer and add flairs around the frame again, diffrent from first time
Copy merged--paste after current frame in animation shop
Select all frames--animation--frame properties--set 25 for display time
and we are done!
