Scrap Kit:
I chose "Glam Rock " by Candy Kisses Designz find it atParadise 4 scrappers
Tag Template:

Animation shop
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill a new layer white for background
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Cicle 3 -- Paper 10
Chrome frame 3 -- Adjust - Add noise - 100% gaussion - monochrome
Circle 2 -- Paper 4
Chrome frame 2 -- Adjust - Add noise - 100% gaussion - monochrome
Circle 1 -- Paper 13
Chrome frame 1 -- Adjust - Add noise - 100% gaussion - monochrome
Frame 2 and 1 -- #9d7e83
Chrome 1-- Adjust - Add noise - 100% gaussion - monochrome
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Guitar
Microphone
Corset into top frame -- use magic wand to create ants -- make a new layer and paste into selection
Lover opacity to 54%
Tshirt pink into lower frame use magic wand to create ants -- make a new layer and paste into selection
Lover opacity to 54%
Bling 1 on top of background -- stretch to show
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Use black in foreground and #a94577 for background
Type on tag with font of choice "Glam Girl" or "is a glam girl"
Add name (looks great in top left corner and twisted to be diagonal
Save it and we are all done! or go on for animation
Select your text layers and convert to raster
Go to selections -- select all -- float -- selections -- modify -- expand to 5
Now you should have marching ants all around your text
Using color #a94577 on a new layer flood fill the ants
Move this layer behind your original text
Go to Adjust - Add noise - 100% gaussion - monochrome
Copy Merged paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Save it and thats it!!
