Scrap Kit:
I chose "Rockstar " by Kristins Wicked Scraps get it Here
Tag Template:
seventeen from Cupcake Sprinkles find it here
Other:
Optional for animation

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Bg -- Make solid white
Gray rectangle -- Paper 10
White lines -- Paper 10
Semi star -- #90506f (DO NOT DROP SHADOW IF ANIMATING)
Black star -- Paper 11
Gray Square -- (Actually a star) Paper 6
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Flower 5
Microphone
Flower 2
Torn ticket
Barbed wire (2) over the white lines
Wordart 3
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done! or go on for animation
Copy merged and paste into animation shop
Now on the semi star layer fill the first star #323232
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo -- and Fill the first star #256275
And the second star #323232
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo colors again and start again with #323232 -- then #256275 -- then #323232
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP
undo colors again
REPEAT COLOR STEPS TILL ALL STARS SHOWING HAVE BEEN CHANGED!
Save it and we are done!
