Scrap Kit:
I chose "Irish Charm" by Sassy Scraps found here at Paradise 2 scrappers
Tag Template:
#25 found at Kristins wicked scraps, get it here

Animation shop
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Add a new layer and fill white to make a background
Fill layers as followed:
Clovers 1-Paper 3
Clovers 2- Paper 11
Large Clover-#386620
Wordart- Go to adjust--hue/ saturation set at 86 hue/217 saturation
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Add the rainbow arrange on layer behind clover frames to show
Lt clovers--clover--drk clover around outside of frame
Add tube of choice
Pot of gold in front
Add all copywrite info
Save it and we are all done! Or go on for animation of wordart
Choose the wordart layer and apply constallation as followed
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame--Back to PSP
Undo constallation and re-add clicking random
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame--Back to PSP
Undo constallation and re-add clicking random
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame--Back to PSP
Undo constallation and re-add clicking random
Copy merged--paste into animation shop after current frame
Once you are happy with it,Save it and we are all done!
