Scrap Kit:
I chose "Lucky Charm " by Clarey find it atClarey Dezines store
Tag Template:

Mask and wordart get it here
(Optional for animation):
Animation shop
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Open tag template
Create a copy and close original
Fill a new layer on background with Paper 9 and load mask
Fill tag layers as followed and drop shadow:
Right strips -- Paper 11
Left strips -- Paper 11
Top circle -- #5f8a42
bottom Circle -- #5f8a42
Middle Circle -- #5f8a42
Rasters 2 -3 -4 -- Paper 11
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Clover 2
Swirl 2
Pot o gold
Add on tubes of choice -- I used a close up for the middle circle
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Save it and we are all done! or go on for animation
Select your Raster layers
Go to Adjust - Add noise - 97% gaussion - monochrome
Copy Merged paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Back to PSP -- undo noise -- re-do noise
Copy Merged paste after current frame in animation shop
Save it and thats it!!
