Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Pink Dress" by Ismael Rac found at MPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Be Mine, Valentine" by designs by Jill found at Paradise 4 scrappers
Tag Template:
Tag template 18 by designs by bittersweet found here
Animation Shop
Open the tag template used from designs by bittersweet.
Hit ctrl D to duplicate the template and close the original
Color all 3 the heart shape outline layer #ae4664
Open paper 5 and 8 from Be Mine, Valentine Kit
Choose Paper 5 in the pattern fill box;scale 126
Flood Fill the large rectangle with the paper
Flood Fill the large heart and large circle with the same paper
Choose paper 8 in the pattern fill box;scale 126
Flood Fill both smaller hearts with paper
Flood Fill the smaller circle with this paper
Flood Fill the Inner Large rectangle white
Use drop shadow on all items 2 vertical;2 horizonatal
Open up the clipboard, clipboard pencil, ticket stub
flower 5, frame 2, and button ribbon from the scrapkit
Size and arrange as shown above
Add tube of choice;Using the same as mine use the large closeup layer
Add your license information;name;anything else you can think of!!
Once it is the way you want-copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop
Back to PSP
Choose the small border of diamonds.
Starting at the top going around color every other one color #94162a
Copy merged and paste after current frame of animation
and we are done!
Save it when its just the way you want it!
