Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Val" from Keith Garvey find it atMPT
Scrap Kit:
I chose "baby valentine" by Twinky Dezines found here
Other:
Mask and star flair found here

****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted**
open a new raster image 500 x 500 pixels--Fill white
Make a new raster layer fill with paper 7--set 100%
Load the mask that is included
Grab the rectangle tool and create on with settings as:
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Add in all elements as shown above
sloppy ribbon 3, love metal 1 and 2 in the corners
Heart buttons 6 and 7
double heart and the Be mine wordart
Add in the Tube, use the freehand selection tool to circle the left leg as far up as you can
Copy this and then cut
now paste onto another layer, line up and place this frame behind the rectangle
Add on all � info, name etc.
Add a new layer;load the flair tube and paste stars around the wordart
Copy merged--paste into animation shop--Back to PSP
Add a new layer;load the flair tube and paste stars around the wordart
Copy merged--paste into animation shop--Back to PSP
Add a new layer;load the flair tube and paste stars around the wordart
Copy merged--paste into animation shop
Save it and we are all done!
