Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice:
I chose "Happy Couple" By Elias Chatzoudis CILM
Scrap Kit:
I chose "Lil luv bug" by un-leash-ed scraps found at Paradise 4 scrappers
Tag template #5 by Teresa found here

Animation Shop
Open up the tag template and make a copy;close the original
resize to 500 x 500
Fill the heart 1 layer with paper 9 from the luv bug kit
Fill heart 2 layer with paper 6
Both strip layers fill with #94626b
Fill photomat 1 and photoframe 2 with #ffccdf
Photomat 2 and photoframe 1 should be black
Next add in the bug 2, 3 and 7 as above
Add wordart, tag, and bead wire
Finish with adding the tube of choice into the large frame
Add all copywrite info, name etc
Now to animation shop
open the heart bling
go to your tag and copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop
Hit ctrl shift L to make 3 identical frames of your tag
Select all frames
Select the bling and hit select all frames
Copy
Go up to edit--choose propagate paste
Back onto your tag, make sure frame 1 is what you see
Edit--paste into selected frame
Now click play to make sure its placed as you want
If not ctrl Z to undo it and replace it again till you are happy with it!
Save it and we are all done!
