I chose "Purr-fect Christmas " by K-n-C scraps purchase it Lollipops N Gumdrops
Tag Template:
I chose # 8 by Dee find it here
Other:
Animation shop (to animate)
Xenofex Constillation plug-in
****FIRST RULE--EVERYTHING GOES ON A NEW LAYER FOR EASY SHUFFLE****
**Note I drop shadow on all images 2 vertical--2 horizontal even if not noted-- blur 24.64**
Fill Layers as followed:(If not listed no change needed)
Rectangle 1--Paper 7
Rectangle 2--#6d29a7
Rectangle 3--#ffffff
Frame Fill--Paper 9
Frames--#6d29a7
Now Add on all items from scrap kit as shown above
**Note:When adding elements some need resizing to fit as needed**
Basket
Present
Ornament 4
Mistletoe
Candle
Candy Cane
Swag -- place in between rect 1 and 2 layers
Duplicate and slide them to fit down the side
Add cat and santa cap to fit on head
Add on tubes of choice
Add all copywrite info
Add name
Add words "Puuuurfect Christmas" with font of choice
Save it and we are all done! Go on to animate
Select the layer Frames
Apply constillation as:

Keep original image
Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Re-apply hitting random
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Back to PSP -- undo constillation
Re-apply hitting random
Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
Once happy with it - save it!
